updates app after 2 years but like literally NOTHING HAS CHANGED about him. LOL
Changed mform shoes to be the same colour as tie with some lining though... just to be more consistent across other form designs.

↳ Special: Aisling an Bháis - elongates tie(s) to wrap around and immobilize one or multiple targets completely. Primarily a defensive/assistive binding move, but can strangle or shred at will, depending on targets' properties and girth (total damage dispersed among x of enemies).

Personality:
An easy-going, amicable kind of person, Owen usually seems to be in good spirits regardless of the situation. Due to his condition and rather laid back disposition in general, he doesn't care much for appearances and prefers to dress as comfortably as he can for whenever (and wherever) he does suddenly fall asleep. He isn't the most attentive person because of these spells, but he likes listening and being around others anyway. Most of the time.

Misc. Info:
+ he's narcoleptic, so he's prone to falling asleep or collapsing at random moments now and then. Not that he really minds, though.
+ His mage weapon can vary in length/size, flexibility and sharpness, depending on his concentration.
+ Dual wields, or blade + expanded tie as shield.
+ Treats his familiar like a pet rock, although it's kind of useless. But he doesn't mind that.
